Our policies are designed to ensure that the studio is a safe space for fun to happen. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.

Code of Conduct

At Revel Room Studios, we believe that creating a safe and respectful environment for our community to thrive is the foundation to our practice.

All staff and students are expected to treat each other with the utmost respect and kindness. If what you’re doing is making someone feel uncomfortable, that is enough reason to stop doing it.

Everyone is accountable for safety. Revel Room Studios Staff will not permit any use that is an endangerment to the space, equipment, and those around you. As much as we love our students helping one another, any behavior deemed unsafe or disrespectful will result in you being removed from the studio.

Late Policy

At the beginning of each class, instructors will lead the class through a warm up. This is to prevent any injuries during class. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to class, you may not be permitted to join the class and no refund will be given for tardiness. We want to ensure all students are warmed up properly in order to practice safely. We advise for you to show up 10 minutes before class begins to get settled and ready for class. Acceptance into the class will be up to the instructor’s discretion.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations on the booking system must be done at minimum 24 hours in advance in order to receive a full refund of class credit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of class are considered a Late-Cancel and will not be refunded unless applicable in reference to the Refund Policy. Since classes have attendance limits and tend to fill up, if you chronically late-cancel, your account will no longer be able to sign up for that class.

Refund Policy

All sales are final and expiration extensions are not available. It is your responsibility to be aware of the expiration date of your purchases and use of all passes before it expires. In the case of emergencies, please contact us to discuss your circumstances. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the studio owner.

Walk-in Policy

Our classes are level-based and space-limited in order for instructors to give adequate attention to each student. Because of this, we do NOT allow walk-ins. Please see our class schedule to find the best class for your needs and experience level. If you are having trouble finding a class that suits you or you have questions about registering for a class, please contact us at info@revelroomstudios.com.

Drug & Alcohol Policy

We do not allow alcohol or drugs to be consumed prior to attending class. If we suspect use or intoxication, we will not permit you join class and you will not be refunded for the class you purchased. Aerial fitness is a higher risk activity and we will not take any chances that will put our staff and students at risk.

Clothing Policy

Most classes will only require standard fitness attire that is stretchable and comfortable for you to wear.

For Pole Tricks and Chair classes, we prohibit the use of lotions or oils at least 12 hours prior to class. These products will cause the pole, chairs, and floor to be slippery making it a hazard for students. Pole Levels 1-4 and Pole Aerial Flow will require you to wear moveable shorts and at least a t-shirt in order to expose enough skin to stick to the Pole.

For Pole Choreography classes, heels should be worn but socks are suitable so that you may glide easier on the floor. Kneepads or legwarmers are encouraged for knee protection.

For Lyra, Silks, Straps or Flexibility, leggings or tight stretchy pants and a tank top are suitable. No loose clothing or jewelry as these may get caught the apparatus.

For Chair classes, comfortable athletic attire & kneepads are recommended. Students are welcome to bring pole platform heels or perform the choreo in socks.

We ask that all intimate areas are adequately covered at all times at the studio.

Age Policy

Students under the age of 18 are allowed but only with a legal guardian present during the beginning of their first class to sign a waiver. Once the waiver is signed and the studio owner has met with the legal guardian, students are welcomed to sign up for any classes.

Filming Policy

We understand that privacy is important to many people and therefore will enforce that photos or filming will not be allowed unless there is verbal consent from all those in the premise at the time. To respect others in the class, we ask that students ask those around them for permission first prior to filming. We advise that those wishing not to be filmed or photographed communicate this to the instructor prior to each class and position themselves away from cameras if possible.
