Just like trying anything for the first time, it’s going to be hard. Pole Tricks and Aerial is often considered an extreme sport so your body will need time to learn all the technique and physics in addition to building the strength and flexibility. Choreography and dance take some getting used to if you don’t have a dance background. It’s hard and it will take time so enjoy the process and have fun with it!
-
If you are running less than 10 minutes late, please enter class as soon as you can and warm up when you arrive. If you are arriving more than 10 minutes late, please check with the instructor if you are still able to join class. Each instructor will set their own rules for any tardiness past the studio’s 10 minute late policy.
-
We have a 24 hour cancellation window. If you cancel more than 24 hours before class begins, the pass will be credited back to your account so that you may use to book another class. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the class begins, that is considered a Late Cancellation and you will lose the pass.
-
People love our classes so they fill up very quickly! We open our schedule 30 days in advance so you can either book yourself into classes 30 days in advance or add yourself to the waitlist.
-
If a class is full, you may choose to join it’s waitlist. When a spot opens up, everyone on the waitlist will be sent an email stating a spot has opened.
The new opening will go to the first to sign up for the class. So make sure to check your emails to ensure your the first to claim that opening!
